Travel Policy

ReelTalk is based in Lansing, Michigan, and we’re happy to travel wherever your celebration takes us.

Events within a 60-mile radius of Lansing include travel at no additional cost.

 

Standard Travel Fee:
Beyond the initial 60 miles included, travel is billed at $2.00 per mile (round-trip). This rate covers transportation, travel time, and the logistics required to bring our full booth setup to your venue.

Overnight Stays for Long-Distance Events:
If your event is more than 2.5 hours away, an overnight stay may be required to ensure safety and smooth setup. Lodging will always be discussed in advance and kept to standard hotel rates.

Destination & Out-of-State Events:
We love traveling for weddings and special events! For destinations requiring flights or extended travel, we provide custom travel quotes based on the location, length of stay, and logistics. We keep these quotes as transparent and reasonable as possible so you know exactly what to expect.
