Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReelTalk website, services, and any bookings or inquiries made through www.reeltalkevents.com. By accessing our website or hiring ReelTalk for an event, you agree to these Terms. ReelTalk (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a guided video storytelling service in which guests record messages that are later edited into a Virtual Guest Book and Highlight Story Reel. All services are subject to availability, and ReelTalk reserves the right to decline bookings at our discretion. Event dates are not secured until a confirmation email is sent and any required deposit is received. Final payment is due by the date specified in your invoice or communication. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the booth location is safe, accessible, and suitable for setup, including adequate space, power access, and protection from weather conditions for outdoor events. ReelTalk is not liable for delays or performance issues caused by unsafe or unsuitable conditions at the venue. Clients agree to provide accurate event information and notify ReelTalk of any changes in a timely manner. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, clients must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including non-refundable deposits or fees, may apply and will be communicated during booking.
ReelTalk retains ownership of all raw footage and editing rights. Final edited videos delivered to the client may be used by ReelTalk for portfolio, marketing, promotional, or social media purposes only if the client provides explicit written permission. Without permission, ReelTalk will not publicly use or distribute footage containing identifiable individuals or event details. All final products are delivered digitally through secure links. While we take great care in recording, backing up, and delivering footage, ReelTalk is not responsible for technical failures outside our control, including but not limited to power outages, equipment malfunction, data corruption, or venue-related interference. In the rare event that footage cannot be delivered due to an error caused by ReelTalk, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund, but no additional compensation is guaranteed.
Clients and their guests agree not to misuse or damage ReelTalk equipment. Any intentional damage or theft caused by guests or venue conditions may result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for informing guests that participation in recording is voluntary. By participating, guests consent to being recorded and included in the client’s final deliverables. Guests appearing in footage used for marketing will only do so with the client’s written consent as stated above. ReelTalk reserves the right to refuse or stop recordings involving inappropriate, harmful, or abusive behavior.
